Jari is my workout fav
I love this dvd..use it couple times a week...have another one of hers: slim and lean; both are fantastic..use both few times a week...too much for every day...I have 3 or 4 dvds that I switch up with Jari...will buy more like this...and it came really fast after I ordered it.

Good ab and overall body workout for those who had or never had a baby!
I bought this based on reviews..so many love it...I am 52 and never had a baby, but love this workout. I also love her mat wourkout. I was sore doing this workout, and I never get sore from most workouts: really hard at first, but getting easier.
