I won the item only to be told that the item was no longer available as it had been sold elsewhere but they had not removed the item from eBay. So annoying. I needed this item quickly but waited and bid on this item as it was from a person not a business. But it was a waste of my time as I then got let down right after paying for the item. I ended up purchasing from someone else and the item arrived next day.

The buttons do not always work
The product as new is always good but I bought a replacement as the input button on mine only worked after multiple presses.
As this was a reconditioned one I expected it too work well but although the input button works well the volume buttons don't and some of the others require multiple pressing. A product that doesn't do as required.

Doesn't work with my dog
It has an unnecessary light that uses the battery. Either it doesn't work or my dog is deaf
