  Seller used only enough bubble wrap to cover half the vase. The handle that was not encased in bubble wrap did, of course, break into several pieces. The seller said he really wanted to make this right but didn't know how to refund the sale. AND, THEN THE SELLER ASKED ME FOR MY EMAIL SO HE COULD SEND ME AN AMAZON GIFT CARD. To me, this looks like a SCAM. The only positive aspect of this transaction is that I learned not to buy from this seller or his associates (It's a group site.) again.
