A nice addition to ones collection.
Beautifully sculpted and the molding is clean and crisp.

French Sgt. at Verdun, WW I
Let's start with the parts fit...excellent. With just the smallest amount of trimming, all parts fit as well as a hand in a glove. The box art mimics perfectly, the art work and descriptions in 'Men-at-Arms' "The French Army, 1914-18".
The detailed scribing on the pieces, as well as the graceful folds in the material made for a great presentation, and allowed for graceful transitions from highlights to shadows.
Having washed the pieces with Weld-on, the paints went on smoothly and cleanly. This is very important to me as I uses oils, enamels and acrylics, and need each medium to go on and look like material, skin, etc., and not just paint.
Last of all, let's talk ab out the pose. As a Nam vet, I can tell you that he looks angry. I've seen that look before. He's at the ready for more combat, ready to lead his men out of the trenches and on to the killing fields of Verdun.
On a scale of 1-10, this kits is a 12! Black Dog...keep up the good work.

Bet you can't see me!
This is a good kit, but not for beginners. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The pieces fit well, but you need to have a tube of putty handy, as there is a bit of filling to do.
For the best results, get the after-market decals to finish the interior of the room. The finished kit will look good on your shelf, and will be a welcomed addition to your collection.
