  I am sorry that you found the transaction unsatisfactory. As soon as I found out you received the wrong shoe, I found the match and the inner soles and sent them off by UPS. The shoes were identical but two brands. I was leaving for vacay and had to respond to 20 messages questioning the reparation and I did become annoyed with you. Again, I am sorry for the error and my impatience.
