Sugar Blues (changed my life)!
Everyone who cares about their health should read this book!
It's packed with information about what processed sugar does to us and how we can heal by eliminating it from our diets. I feel that this book is especially valuable considering we have an obesity epidemic! I recommend this book to anyone with Pre- Diabetes , Diabetes and/or addictions to desserts and processed, packaged "foods".

useful caddy
Delivery was fast, thank you! I like this shower caddy but one side of the handle's sewing came undone after about a week of use. So I repaired that. But I feel like the handle should be longer. Other than that I like it.
