The title sums up the movie. It is definitely about the lived of a man and a woman who are really in love.
I saw this movie in 1966. I enjoyed it more today than I did back then. I guess I am more mature today than I was then. I am 77 years old now and can relate more with the characters. .I caught tears in my eyes watching this. I liked it so much that I bought "A Man and a Woman Twenty Years Later." and throughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately I cannot find the third movie of this series "The Best Years of a Life."
