  The item is as described. The condition is new. Unfortunately the packaging was not boxed, and the item was "lost" for a few days causing a delay in arrival-over a week. Given that I paid shipping costs, a proper box may have prevented the delay rather than wrapping this item in gray plastic.

  He sent the product right away using UPS. UPS lost it for a moment and he gave me a refund right away. Then the product arrived a couple weeks later and he refused to make me pay for it. I don’t know how many people would do that. Great great seller.
