Just what I wanted and needed.
I bought 2 of these to build custom light mounts to go on top of my QSC K-12 speakers. They were exactly what I needed and work perfectly for that specific need. The main piece needed was the "T" junction, which seems to be high quality and hold it's grip very well. The poles were cannibalized but are typical quality. Not shown in the picture are the holes drilled in the tubing and the bolts and wingnuts that reside in those holes (2 per side of the T mount). They were of no importance for my needs, but someone purchasing these to mount lights onto would sure like to know they already drilled and the bolts and wingnuts are included.

NOT USED FOR INTENDED PURPOSE
The quality of this stand is quite good! As my title says, I do not use this as a keyboard stand... instead, (being a guitarist) I flip it forward from the standing position and use a mechanics under-car dolly frame on top of it and place two powered monitors (I play in stereo and these monitors are the only speakers/amps I use) on top of that to conserve floor space in smaller club venues. It adjusts more than wide enough to accommodate my oversized effects pedalboard (34"+ wide) underneath it and frees up about one foot of floor space from front to back. Having the speakers closer to me also allows me to play at a reduced volume which the lead singer really loves.
