My new Nokia phone........
I bought this phone to use on the Verizon network via Page Plus. I activated it and it works fine. It is an older model, but for voice and good reception, I find that these older Nokia phones are the best. This phone is bigger than average, but I am willing to put up with that for a phone that works as well as this one. I also like the user interface on this phone much better that the current menu that Verizon puts on their newer phones.

Batteries
I purchased 4 AAA Size rechargeable batteries. They work fine. I'm happy as a clam. Thanks!
