Great Set at a Great Price
I've been reading about these and I was curious to try them out, and this four piece set was perfect, and the price was unbeatable. Took a few tries to tries to work out the best way to put them on, but they are very reliable and strong. I haven't used them long enough to see if they really make a difference, but I've heard goof things.
(BTW-look up the recommended way to use these. What I read was to tighten them about 3/4 as tight as possible, and do several sets of curls (bicep)n or extensions (triceps) with a short break in between and without removing the straps until you've completed all sets. Then remove them immediately.
There may be other routines out there).

Paper First Aid Tape
This is a very practical fist aid item. The paper is very porous and breathable and does not strain the skin as much as latex or plastic tales do. I only wish the adhesive were a little stronger.

If you've been curious about Disgenin, this is an affordable experiment.
I've been somewhat curious to try Diosgenin, but not ready to really commit, due to the cost. Here it is, very inexpensively. Since I am not familiar with the authentic product, I can't say how close this knockoff comes. After several weeks of use, I am seeing and feeling more muscle development, but not entirely sure it's the product or just hard work. Nevertheless, I'm giving it a fair shake and on my second bottle.
The recommended dose is two caps a day, but I've been experimenting with increasing it a little bit.
For the price it's a worthwhile experiment, and if I feel it worked, I may order it again and also the authentic Nutrex product, of which this is an imitation.
