Handy
I used to have one like this and was sorry when I lost it. Glad to have a slim chisel again. They work better when chiselling slots in steel than traditional hex ones.

Looks good
So far so good. Like another customer, who wrote his fears that a cheaper price could mean a cheaper product, I was hopeful, and it seems that for about £5 less than I had resigned myself to spend, this is doing as good a job. Time will tell, of course, but hopefully there is not too much to go wrong with a transformer.

Bit short on solid metal, but good value for the price.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This drill is quite satisfactory for a light DIY or hobby usage. It runs quite smoothly, and so far I have drilled some 6 mm holes, plus a10mm hole, straight through some 3 mm plate, which it did without dismay. As a previous reviewer commented, the pressed steel drilling table could have been improved with a cast table, as could the pressed steel base, and the quite minimal thickness main tube column. These budget grade provisions give the drill a flexible and slightly tinny feel. That aside, it seems reasonably well made, works adequately, and for under £60, has to be a worthwhile investment.
