Great sound improvement, easy to install.

This power pack is absolutely worth it for Alpine head units. It gives you a super easy upgrade to the sound, improving clarity and volume greatly (especially at higher volumes where you typically start to hear distortion). It comes with plenty of wire, which may be fiddly to hide away, but obviously this lets you hide this power pack in a more sensible location.

Drive into the sunset.

I bought this as a new transmitter to go with a spare receiver I had lying around, to upgrade an old Traxxas Bandit to 2.4GHz. The range of the old 27MHz setup barely got to 50 metres and was getting some weird interference. I range tested this and the car remained perfectly in control for well over 250 metres, to the point where you could barely see it, and the sounds from the car took a second to reach me from when I saw the car move! Absolutely fantastic.
