Simple and effective
For the money, this is a simple, solid tool that is comfortable to hold.. One reviewer has expressed concern about the separate, protective cap that can easily be "misplaced". I have resolved this issue by sticking the cap on the end of the clip when using the tool.

Still worth the money in 2023
The interface may change with each new version, but the essential product is still the same. For this reason, I'm able to send and receive 2003 Word documents with no loss of function. Microsoft still supports and upgrades, because every now and then I see changes on my interface. If you're budget conscious and can't afford the latest, greatest version, this version will meet all of your needs. I have no reason to upgrade, because this suite has it all. I don't use all of the programs, but I'm glad to know that they're available if I need them. For example, not so long ago, I had reason to use Visio, a very cool program for the technical writer who needs flowchart software. Overall, this suite is a great value at over $100.00 and an absolute steal at less $100.00.

3M quality for a hard-to-find item
These are a bit stiff at first, so it takes some time for the soap to permeate the sponge and penetrate the 3M pad, but they do what they're intended to do. Also, I had to go online to find these, because it seems that stores have stopped carrying them.
