Not good.
A knock off of similar, far better stands. This brand is flimsy and unstable. It would only have been a matter of time before it led to instrument damage so I threw it out right away.

Alternative use
I'm sure these work fine for ukes but I wanted them for my prewar tenor guitar that had lost its tuners. Unlike a different Grover set that has black buttons, this set has string posts long enough for the thicker guitar peghead (who knew they weren't the same?). Even better, the set was said to have chrome buttons (a postwar innovation) but the set I got has white plastic like the originals. I only wish the gear and mounting screws weren't philipshead. If they had slotheads they'd be perfect replicas, but that's only a pettifogging detail - barely noticeable. If anything, they're better-made than the originals.

Best grips I know of.
This grips stay tacky for tears if you just wash them in warm, soapy water occasionally.
