  I was expecting the phone boxing to be unopened since it was advertised as “brand new,” but the phone is new. Also didn’t expect a phone to come with it, so that was a bonus. The wife loved the phone and the experience with the seller was really good. Thank you for the phone case.

  Seller jammed a valuable vintage toy into a shoebox that was too small for it to lay flat and not deep enough to to fully close with the toy on its side. Box arrived not fully closed and with tape pressure on toy. Of course the toy arrived broken. Seller said it was my problem and would not communicate about a return. I was forced to wait a week for Ebay’s buyer protection to kick in.

  That’s not true at all and you return the item damaged and You have bin given a full refund I’m not sure why the negative feed back.
