Beth Shaw's Yoga Stretch is Fantastic!
This was the best CD yoga workout, with clear descriptions of movements. I am a 50 something beginner, in fairly good shape, but new to yoga. A beginner can do/attempt most of the workout, but challenging enough for intermediate workouts. My favorite yoga CD now! Not too fast or too slow.

Quilts of Tennessee, a beautiful and informative book
I initially bought this book because I participated in a quilt project years ago that dated and gave information on old quilts. This research based book gave pictures and information on the beautiful old quilts (prior to 1930's) and the people who created them (when pictures were available). Historical information on the quilters and the types of quilts made in the different areas of Tennessee was also given in an interesting format. The book included some statistical information, such as what types of quilts were made most in what parts of the state, but not in a boring fashion. I could not put it down once I started it. Interesting information was also given on slave made quilts.
