Extraordinary book.

I’m a time of deep personal enquiry this book is extraordinarily clear. Taking an approach which I have not encountered before. Direct, evocative with clear instruction so as not to loose your way. The author is deeply wise both in knowledge (psychology, neuroscience) and experience. A safe pair of hands to examine, explore and engage with emotions, so often denigrated or suppressed, as one of our key survival/thrive intelligences. If it resonates and you have the money, buy it (or loan from your local library!) you won’t regret it.
