  I actually have one of these, but wanted another for my layout. They are part of a government effort to reverse engineer certain “found” objects, like the larger scale version of these I already have. The price was less than what others were asking, even with shipping costs added in. They are quality made, in excellent condition and will look great once assembled. The seller packed it safely with paper stuffing around the box to protect it, and it arrived in less than a week.
