A good tool, but expensive for what it is.
It enables you, after proper preparation, to cut a perfect hole in the reso. head of your bass/kick drum.

A good bit of kit

Good but not AS good.
Although the same part number as the filter that came with the machine, it is not of the same quality. The original had a charcoal odour filter layer built in this one doesn't, and the filtration media is thicker and more robust. This will impinge on the longevity of the machine as the new one will be less efficient at removing the small particles that will ultimately have an effect on the reliability of the motor and bearings. My original X1auto for which I bought a couple of filters at time of purchase, is over 20 years old and still going strong on the upstairs of my house. I don't think the Felix will last as long. I wish I'd done the same thing with the filters as I did with the X1auto.
