This book really works - IF YOU DO WHAT IT SAYS!
My Primary Doctor recommended that I read and follow this book. I bought it and gladly changed my eating habits and reduced my bad cholesterol 58 points in 7 weeks. I feel better in every way and will never go backwards again.
My doctor was overjoyed that I had read and followed Dr. Fuhrman's instructions. Since he explains why we are doing this change of eating habits you feel that you can DO IT!
Please get back to good eating.

This is an excellent study of the performance style of Jascha Heifetz by the foremost authority on Heifetz!
Dr. Sarlo goes to great lengths to explain Heifetz and Bach and the Preludio from the E major Partita for solo violin.
He discusses "established views of the Heifetz performance style. His included lists of tables is worth buying the book!
In the study of the programs that Mr. Heifetz played over the years he is generous with information about the programs performed and even the 33 violin concerti that he performed. He has the entire career from the 1917 Carnegie Hall debut to his final two chamber music concerts 1974 - a total of 2,368 events . It is really a bargain for such a wealth of information.
