Quality camera backpack
Bought a cheap backpack years ago and you get what you pay for. If your camera and lenses are expensive I would recommend protecting them. This Vanguard is ideal. Holds a Nikon D3400 four lenses(depending on size) plus a go pro and handle and still lots of space for other gadgets.
I’m happy with this purchase, I did consider a low pro which was £10 cheaper but quality and size was poor in comparison.

Very popular triathlon cycling shoe
Second pair bought, first pair which has been used caused issues when not wearing socks because they were slightly too big without them.
Gone for slightly smaller size this time for races only to be used for races

Better quality of folder
Had cheaper ones which are no way as good as these. Would recommend.
