  This is the second update that I have purchased in addition to a lifetime FSC code. I did have some technical difficulties downloading the update and needed some assistance. As stated in the description, this was available immediately and eventually resolved the issue. This is how customer service should be. I do pay attention to feedback on products and services and am very pleased to recommend this provider and will certainly be using them again for my next update.

  I can't applaud this seller enough... I had a few questions before committing to the purchase and the seller's communication was prompt and comprehensive. The item description is accurate and was supported with detailed instructions that made the installation easy. The map on my pro nav unit is very responsive and includes coloured buildings in perspective view. The whole process was completely stress free and the product works flawlessly (even fixing a previous issue). A1+ seller.

  I bought this updated maps for my pride and joy and didnt know if i was doing the right thing. After closely following the detailed instructions and correcting a mistake i made (in buying the wrong USB stick) the maps were updated perfectly. After the mistake I made I contacted the seller who guided me through the process until the result had been achieved. excellent ebayer, prompt delivery, really pleased with item.

  The seller was very helpful in determining what version I would need for both this and the map. Once confirmed and paid for, the items were received instantly. Extremely detailed instructions on how to update the maps alongside help videos, making it hard to go wrong. Honestly couldn't recommend this seller enough for your BMW map needs!
