  Item as described, however, keep in mind that the tube is not hard all around(only about 3/4 surface), the part that extends from the reel pouch all the way to the end of the tube is soft but not a deal breaker to me. Zippers look good quality. Price is fair in my opinion. Excellent communication with the seller. Very good packaging. USPS took forever to deliver the item but not seller's fault.
