This steel sleeve is preferable to aluminum
Most of these reducer sleeves on the marked are aluminum or alloy. This one is steel. Much more durable and does not show the same signs of wear and pressure that aluminum shows. The small 'divets' keep if from completely disappearing into the receiver. Highly recommended over any aluminum adapter / reducer sleeve.

Perfect for a travel first aid kit
This box contains more boxes with different size band aids each. This is perfect to have on hand for simple 1st Aid when traveling, camping, etc.
