It works, But !!!
It works, BUT !!! the wires are very thin, I wouldn't put this inside the house or put anything more than a LED bulb on it. The thread is not the correct size for a US outside electrical box. You would have to drill your own hole or do what I did, there is a shoulder that you can sand down to fit in the threaded hole and use the supplied nut. As for the wiring I don't know how China labels wires but the Brown is the Hot, the Blue is the Neutral and the Red is the Load.

Poor quality labels.
If you are looking for permanent labels these are not for you. Labels peel off very easily. If you need removable labels the price is right.
