Not an exact repacement but I think I can make it work.
This is not a direct replacement for the cooling fan on my Zotac video card. The wire cable is in a different location, in relation to the three mounting feet, and the cable is shorter than the original. I still have to extend the wiring, mount the fan on the video card, and check the operation, with an external 12 V dc power supply, in order to answer the three questions above, and to give a realistic product rating.

Decent Set of Nut Drivers.
As advertised. Having both SAE and SI size nut drivers, with decent length shaft/handles is what I wanted. I had a set of Xcelite short shaft screw drivers and nut drivers but they seemed to have all disappeared over the decades.
