Excellent for all forms of ARTHRITIS
It makes the swelling go away. Helps me to be able to walk, when I could hardly walk anymore; before my Aunt recommend it to me.

Books are treasures to be respected
I only had one small issue with my order & that was that it looked as if someone had spilled coffee and the 1st 18 pages were stained and a little wrinkled approximately 3 inches from the bottom. I can still read it, and it only cost me $3, but I've paid $3 for a lot of the books that I order from thrifty books, & none of them have had any damage, though they have all been used. Other than that, it arrived quickly, was inexpensive, & I love the content. Just wish People treated their books as I do. Like the treasures that they are.

Work very well, quickly
It takes the arthritis pain away in a few hours. Take two the 1st & 2nd day; then take one everyday there after.
