Great filter
I use it not according its purpose, but it works great. It is compact, and does not leak anywhere. The pressure release valve is as good as in car tires, very strong.

Very low quality
Almost unusable, When I received it, it was not functioning at all. I could not hear audible click when testing it out on different torque settings. Mechanisms seems very shaky and not rigid, quality of metal is also very low. Cavities of numbers on the metal are also very low quality - all numbers has different depth. After playing around with it, it started working but only to one side - tightening. I do not know if it was design like that, but it definitely should work to both sides.
I would buy more expensive or different torque wrench if I knew this.

Do not buy!
Very bad quality part.
The orange part is good, however the black part and the light is horrible - I just threw it out!
Light bulb is not centered inside, and it is only one, shared among all three lights! It also does not have any reflectors inside so it cannot be legal, nor be bright enough.
