Lan gro massage ball didn't work well for me.
I thought it was something that was on the end of a stick with a short string a friend of mine showed me, which is used to reach tight laces on shoulders I tried using it as a ball on my back and leaning into it or on the floor for tight spots on my back and shoulder. it didn't work as well as the simple flat white ball I got from the chiropractor. It has a flat spot where their name is and so it doesn't roll well.
