No cook should be without this book.

This is a great reference book for every level of cook. It lists all the possibilities for when you've either run out of an ingredient or don't want to buy something special. I had the old edition and used it ALL the time. I'm excited to start using this new and expanded edition. There are other handy sections as well such as natural cleaning alternatives and stain removal. Every cook should have this book on their shelf.
