Otter is as Otter Does
It is as stylish as an Otter Box can be and provides good protection. My husband says it is not a full cover water protection though.

Love the product, not so much on the packaging.
I love the way this product makes my eyes look and feel. I am grateful for the super quick delivery of my order.
Areas of improvement are in the packaging. The syringe has a cap on the end that needs to come off before trying to dispense the lotion. This sounds obvious, but the cap doesn't look like it comes off and there aren't any instructions as to how to remove the cap. They syringe is difficult to get the small amount of lotion needed. Too much lotion is dispensed.
