  I'm genuinely disappointed. The seller failed to mention the pads were loose and broken, which became obvious after just one use. "Used" shouldn't mean defective. Had I known, I wouldn't have purchased it, as I didn't expect something in such poor condition. I'm out $32 for a misrepresented item. I tried contacting the seller, but he/she isn't accepting messages. This is my first bad experience, and I trusted you, laurel-canyon. I hope this can be resolved fairly.
