Good size
I like paper diaries. This is small, but not so small that you can’t write things in.

Good quality and fairly priced
Epsom salts, or magnesium sulphate baths,are an effective means of soothing sore muscles. You need to add around 2 big cupfuls or mugs to a running hot bath and soak for at least 20 minutes for maximum efficacy. it is not therefore cost effective to buy little tubs and bags,as you need a good amount to make it worth your while. This is a decent size, well packed and the company has never let me down.
