Spell binding!
This book is so interesting that it is hard to put down. I can see the improvement already in just the little things that he asks one to do along the way! I am so looking forward to the results that he said could be accomplished, so I will happily continue on this program and when finished will give to another member of my family!

Solid but very comfortable shoe!
These shoes are the only ones that my foot doctor recommends. They have a good roll bar which causes the shoe not to be able to be bent in any way, and gives one total comfort knowing this. They are a real solid well made shoe which took me almost one year to find last year so I am thrilled that I am able to stock up on them so I do not have to ever worry again about not being able to find them again!
