NOT Genuine at all

As soon as we plugged it into the computer, it started acting up immediately, super slow, cursor was all over the place. We plugged the original charger and started acting normal again. This charger is a knock off, not genuine.

I ordered this bc my son’s old owl (same) starting to fall apart so he needed a replacement and was hard to find at stores. Nice quality
