Poor quality. When the tie downs that keep the hair in tact while in the box are cut off and the hair is free, the hair completely turns frizzy. It look like cotton candy or a Brillo pad. Her hair won't comb cause it's to frizzy. I will have to do a process to put the hair the way it should be. Al lot of the dolls have same problem with the hair.
