Great read
Great book for anyone looking to help make a impact in there health and the environment. Joel is a compelling author with basic insight as to how we can help improve our quality of living and food we set at the dinner table. In a time where global impact continues to be questioned by both parties it is evident that even in small scale or as a consumer being educated and having a better understanding of our food source is pertinent. I would recommend this book to a anyone interested in eating sustainable or growing sustainable food.
