  Item said best offer, I offered him $6 he countered with $9 with free shipping. I accepted and paid. He then canceled the order lowered the price to $9 & added $4.50 for shipping, said he reposted the item for sale for me to buy. I understand he would only be making like $5 for the card after paying for shipping himself but this is wrong. You should honor your counter offer. The actual card is valued at around $7. As a seller too I have lost and gained on sales but have always honored my word.

  This seller SUCKS!!! They never sent me the doggy pee pads and they never responded to my four messages asking why. After asking ebay to step in, I was issued a refund without any explanation. BE WARY OF BUYING FROM THIS SELLER !!!!
