Accurate, and a survivor
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This unit hit its specs within 5 minutes and when the Vcontrol was adjusted to to near the specified 2 volts, I easily got 25 parts per billion accuracy, measured over an hour against WWV 10 MHz. I also accidentally connected the Vcc to 7.4 volts for a few seconds, way above the rated 5.0V +/- 5%. No discernible damage. It's tough!

Low SWR, high satisfaction
This is my 3rd antenna from Dr. Fong and his class. All three are winners, with 1.2:1 SWR on both bands, and all the cables and adapters I needed, already included. Well thought out and an excellent performer. Thanks, Dr. Ed!

Works like a champ
This little gem performs great. After an initial wipe-down with a shop towel to remove the storage oil, I hooked the hoist onto our garage rafters. Flipped out a kink in the lifting chain that was jamming it, and was good to go. The mechanical brake worked perfectly, and the peace of mind it provided was worth the extra money. I lifted a 400 lb. pellet stove really easily, just by pulling the lifting chain with my thumb and forefinger. Nice.
