Very Bright Motion Light

Awesome Bright Motion Light_+ Magnet Base I was aware of this light due to neighbor that has a Solar Brite. I found one for myself and discovered it has a 'Magnet' Base. I used my large magnet to attach 'base' to my aluminum top plate so no screws required. Once mounted on the magnet, you can 'rotate' light to whatever angle you need light. The motion is excellent from a good distance. Turns on for me before I reach my walkway. Found another for neighbor and she leaves early for work in the dark. It lights up at least 12-feet frm door and she loves it. Made in China so shipments to US very low.

I did receive this shipped as expected. I am not good with auto testers but did use on neighbors car. Helped to know source of problem. I also then tested on my 2008 Aura and showed no current issues. I would recommend this even if I have not used it for long.

Broan 791LEDM

Reviewed several brands and went with Broan. My bath is 5 x 9 which includes w/d on one end. So venting inside I wanted a stronger exhaust. Was easy to install once I got the vent & 2x4 stud to anchor other side. Could not see how 1-drywall screw would hold up the fan. I tested leaving bath door closed during drying clothes. It does get humid but in about 10-mins seems back to a normal temperature. Feel this 110 CFM does pull enough air out for my intended dryer concerns.
