I purchased this printer in March 2021. I had never dealt with this type of printer before and had no idea how it should work until it did. It never scanned well for me at home so I had to manually enter in all my codes. I only realized today because USPS advised that I need to get the printer aligned in order for them to scan the labels. The postman went on to explain that they had an excellent scanners that can basically scan all kinds of labels and even their scanners were having difficulties. This was always an issue from the very get-go and I thought it was just user error as I was new to this. Now I know better. Unfortunately, I'm out of $150 and we'll have to purchase the whole new setup. I won't be dealing with a refurbished item again
Initial review: Easy manual setup but wow, the computer setup to work on an ecommerce store is a bit confusing. Rollo website helps a ton but youtube was what helped me work through the issues.
