Product came in early

Brand new and it came a lot earlier than expected

Product came broken but was able to exchange at store

When the tv came UPS delivered it late saying it mis sorted which meant that UPS broke the TV. When the TV came 2 days lat then expected and it came broken I called Best Buy and they told me I could take back to my local Best Buy. I did ad they exchange it for a new model and I didn't even have to pay the difference.
