Excellent reading with a focus on proper combinations of food for proper digestion. The recepies in this book taste wonderful and I loved the daily menu selections to help you get started. A totally natural way to correct bad eating habits and learn to give your body the nutrition it really needs. Just by eating the way this book suggests I have lost almost 30 lbs. Well worth my money.
