  Product was packaged with care and arrived at my location intact. Shipping took 15 days (zone 8). All contents listed in description was accounted for. Battery was able to power up the player. Not sure how long the charge will last. Lots of my movie dvds were not able to be played - not sure why. Some could be played. All the ports, vol. control, buttons worked as described. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.
