Easy to use and clean.
I bought this product after using a smaller one at my daughter's house over the holidays. Because of my cooking style, I knew I would want a larger processor and thought the 9 cup would meet my needs. This is a wonderful processor and does everything it states in the manual with ease. It does not take up much room on my counter and is attractive in its appearance. I found it very easy to clean. I really don't have anything I dislike about it.

A different lipstick.
The color and packaging has been changed since I first started using it. No problem with the new packaging, but I am not as happy with the subtle change in color. Wish I had ordered less.
