Maybe I bought the chip for the wrong use. I think you need special chips for storing video. I bought two of these for use in my dash cam. They worked for a while, then failed. They were reasonably priced and maybe in other uses, they're a bargain.

Great product
I love mine. I've ordered a back-up pair and have ordered several more for my friends in need of a healthy looking smile. Only problem is, the people I gave them to can't seem to figure out how to use them. Maybe making a video to show people how to use them would help.
