  Not as described. The black cartridge appears sealed and new as described but the yellow cartridge is not as described, as it is used and unsealed. The yellow cartridge appears old and used/nearly empty. If I were this seller, I would be careful to not misrepresent items and describe both as new when part of the order is obviously used. The seller says no returns, so I'll just chock this up to experience.

  Since you weren't happy with your purchase you could have checked with me before leaving your feedback. I would at least refund a partial payment to you. The ink was not used by me. Perhaps it dried up.
