If you can find them for a great price, they make a decent upgrade.
The quality of the part is very good, as befits an OEM part. I like it enough to recommend it although it has some shortcomings. The battery case covers don't fit that great but when the part is installed the batteries become captive. It only illuminates in one color and stays on approx 15 seconds. I'm not worried about battery life as it takes less than 10 minutes to swap out both batteries. Magnet placement is finicky. At full OEM price these are grossly overpriced. Even at a little over $120 they're no bargain.

Great product, better than OEM
I like these better than the factory winter mats (basically WeatherTech). These do as good a job as the OEM mats and are easier to clean. I think they also just look a little more high end. BTW - I put mine in a 2018 328d wagon with no problems.

Great price, great fitment. Great delivery as well.
Compared to the OEM Audi splash guards these are 1/6th the price. The quality looks good. Install was straightforward. The provided screws work, but I'd recommend getting some of the plastic rivets like BMW uses. I used those and those splash guards will never loosen up. Also, for extra grab, at least on a 2022 Q5 45S, I attached the bottom inside hole on the fronts to the fender liner. On the rear, I drilled an additional hole near the bottom for a rivet to attach that to the liner as well. There is one unused hole on the rears, but its not noticeable and could always be blanked off if desired. Total install time was about 90 minutes because I was being very careful where I drilled, and had to remove the two rear wheels. Highly recommend these as an alternative to OEM.
