You forgot to mention the stomach cramps!
I think, as in many of these kinds of books, too many assumptions are made about existing knowledge. There was no mention or warning of the extreme stomach cramps, constipation and diarrhoea (yep, both simultaneously) I got after my first juice and now I'm seriously put off trying any more.
Having now read much more balanced research elsewhere I realise that this book could be quite dangerous in not presenting a balanced approach to consuming juice.

Too big for 32 inch TV and shockingly bad instructions.
It is too big for a 32 inch TV (LG) and the instructions are a complete waste of time with none of the parts listed A-N actually included in the installation diagram! Really unhappy with this purchase and will be giving straight to a charity shop.

Paper thin duvet cover
It's such thin material that you can feel the fibres of the duvet through it which makes my son's skin itch every morning. It looks great but the quality for this price is diabolical. I've decided to get another new duvet cover for my son and use this as a throw to cover his pile of toys.
